    Thank you for such a beautifully put together article. This reminds me of a diet I once did quite a few years back by Timothy Ferris, he called his a good carb diet but sounds so similar. I know that it worked great so I am sure this will too.

      Thank you for your comment. I will definitely write a review on this book. I do believe we can get our body programmed to operate better on 2 hours of sleep a day better than 8 hours. Just like we can program our bodies to enter ketosis to lose weight based upon our diet. What we take in as fuel greatly effects the output on our systems.
      Since I live a keto lifestyle I have no allergies, my asthma is non-existent, and I recovered from a severe motorcycle accident. I will definitely save those details to compare with when I review Timothy Ferriss’s 4-Hour Body.
