The hard-struck thought that comes to mind is that society has been trying to brainwash us into believing that the correct ideal of beauty is what the skinny person says.
That skinny models are the ideal of what is beautiful or what an attractive woman should look like. And the muscle-bound jock is the ideal of what is handsome or what a good-looking man should look like.

According to Jillian Michaels, the problem with the keto diet is its lack of nutrients because it deprives the body of those essential nutrients. Understanding why and how the keto diet works will help you in the long run that your body is not deprived.
Jillian Michaels is her own person with her own opinions. It’s just too bad she is a celebrity person that has an opinion that is paid to vocalize it. Personally, I would pay her not to vocalize it.
